Cute Translation works from a single office on Carrer la Llum, in the centre of Lleida. There's no call centre, no account portal, and no network of freelancers you'll never meet. When you call, the phone is answered by the studio. When you ask what something costs, you get an answer before you commit to anything.

We chose to stay in Lleida rather than open a virtual office somewhere convenient. It means slower growth than a platform model — and it means every document that comes through the studio is handled by people who actually work here, not routed to whichever freelancer happens to be free that day.
