Brief
You tell us what the document is, what it’s for, and your deadline. We confirm the exact service and price before anything starts.
Glossary & terminology
For technical, legal, or brand-specific material, we note key terms and style preferences up front, so the translation matches your context, not a generic dictionary entry.
Translation
A native speaker who works in that subject area translates the document — legal, medical, technical, academic, or general.
Independent review
A second qualified linguist reviews the translation independently, checking it against the source for accuracy, tone, and terminology.
QA checklist
Formatting, names, dates, numbers, and layout are checked against the original before delivery.
Delivery
You receive the translation digitally, and by certified post if you’ve asked for stamped paper copies.
Free correction window
If something needs adjusting after delivery, tell us and we'll correct it at no extra cost — this isn't small print with a countdown clock.
Quality, not certificates.
No — and we're not going to claim otherwise. Cute Translation doesn't hold an ISO 9001, ISO 17100, or ISO 18587 certification, and you won't find a badge on this site implying it does. What we do instead is describe, in full, exactly how a translation is produced here: a native subject-matter linguist translates it, then a second qualified linguist reviews it independently before it's delivered. That process is what protects the quality of your document — not a certificate. If a badge matters more to you than a described process, we're probably not the right studio; if you'd rather know exactly what happens to your document, you're in the right place.
Confidentiality & file handling
Documents are only used to produce your translation.
Files are shared by email or, for larger volumes, a secure transfer link sent directly to you.
We don't publish, share, or reuse your document content.
A confidentiality agreement (NDA) is available on request for businesses and law firms.
Turnaround by service
Sworn & certified: typically 2–3 working days. Document translation: typically 2–5 working days. Localisation audit: typically 5 working days. Interpreting: booked at least 48 hours in advance. Transcription & subtitling: typically 2–3 working days. Proofreading & editing: typically 1–2 working days. Exact turnaround is confirmed when you order or request a quote.
